Prior to PKF; Jon was the President of Hospitality Venture Services Inc. which specialized in the sale of lodging facilities and was affiliated with the largest U.S. based hotel appraisal firm. He also headed up the Lodging Group for CB Richard Ellis for Canada for five years.

• Has been involved in the hospitality industry for twenty years. Areas of expertise include financial analysis, market feasibility and evaluation studies, acquisitions and disposition of hotel properties, management and franchise contract negotiations.
• In the mid 1980's Jon co-managed the Toronto PKF Consulting office.
